Facebook Advertising: Is It A Line Drawn On Sand

At the turn of every century there comes a new way of life, and like they say, if you don't evolve, you die. Survival means adopting new methods and exploring the options progressive civilisation gives you or your business. Facebook wasn't a thing in the 90's when the classifieds column was the primary mode of advertising. However, today, everyone with access to the internet uses it in one way or another. Facebook advertising is therefore an inescapable reality and if I were you, i wouldn't quit because i'm ahead. Learn more about how it can work for your enterprise right here in this article. A Miraculous Creation Being a musician without the influence of a powerful record company to back your every move is difficult. I've been there before and it's a lonely place. Then came Facebook. Just like regular Facebook users, I only saw in it a forum for individual expression where I could tell the world about my daily life experiences. However, i awoke from that slumber and began to see how often popular musicians were branding themselves and becoming pretty successful indie artistes. So i started advertising my shows and releasing my music on Facebook as well and the results were overwhelming to say the least. With the passage of time I began to generate more hits than ever before. That's when it dawned on me: Facebook actually works, and it's actually very easy. The Difference Is The Same Our lives and ambitions may be worlds apart but they coincide on one important fact. Advertising is certainly good for business. Attracting attention augers well for the ego, but in a business sense, it achieves far more, and that's a bigger bottom line $$$$$ wise. Of course your outcomes will be determined by how driven and aggressive you are. However, if you chip away at your marketing goals patiently your business will grow. All it takes is a bit of time to learn. Just close your eyes for a minute and imagine life without Facebook. I bet you're already clueless, because for one simple reason or another, you can't live without it. Now think of the hundreds of millions of people the world over who, just like you, are addicted to it. The opportunities are therefore limitless. So jump onto the bandwagon now before it's too late.

Information about Web Analytics

If you are looking for information about web analytics here is a guide to starting your web analytics. First you will want to visit the website that you are analyzing. Check to see what is on the page and what they have on the website. Go to the different pages that they have such as the products page, donation page, add to the cart page, email sign up page, etc.

Also you should go to the customer reviews or comments if it is a blog and see what they have to say about the site. After you pick a part the website, write down things that you liked about it and and things that you didn't. The next thing that you want to find out is how good the acquisition strategy is. You want to find out if the website has a balanced portfolio of traffic such as referring sites, search engines, and campaigns. You want to have about 40% to 50% search, 20% of direct traffic, 30% referring sites, 10% campaigns. Find out how many people visit the website through the different traffic and how many visit it regularly and are first time comers. If quite a few people visit the site over and over again, you know it is a good site. Also if you see that newcomers come frequently, it shows that the site is getting the word out that it is there for people to look at. After that, you will want to know all of the unknowns that you may have not factored into. You might have thought you know all of the unknowns but most likely you have not. To find out the unknowns you will want to look at the Google Analytics Intelligence reports. Set the alert sensitivity button to low and see what big events pop up. Then move the slider to the right to see if any other alerts come up. Look for activity and events that you may not be aware of. So after you do all these things you should have a better idea of what web analytics entails.
